How it works.. 2 simple steps
1) Buy a share of your chosen boat model not the whole thing,significantly reducing your capital outlay.1/2 shares are available on selected new models and 1/4 shares in existing syndicates

2) Buy the CFlex annual management contract,giving you a hassle free system to really use and enjoy your boat. All the routine maintenance and servicing,mooring,storage and launch and recovery,comprehensive insurance,weekly valet,and winterisation is taken care of and there is even a guaranteed exit route to sell your share should you decide at a later date you want to leave the syndicate.

Half-share owners will be allocated 182 days annual use (seasonal terms and conditions apply)
Quarter-share owners will be allocated 91 days annual use (seasonal terms and conditions apply)

All time allocations are equitable and fair between owners.Each syndicate has a maximum of 4 owners, each owner getting the same allocation of time within the 3 season annual calendar.Owners book their time slots on a first come first served basis up to the maximum allowed for their share.Boat availability is easily checked using the CFlex on line scheduler which keeps track in real time of all the used and remaining slots.There is even a short notice use function on the scheduler which owners can use to book next day use if the boat is free without their allocation being used.Brilliant for those that can use midweek time. The system emails confirmation details of all booked slots automatically,shows when maintenance is being done,and even has all the tide times etc for each day.

Whilst CFlex Fractional are a shareholder in a boat syndicate all owners must buy the CFlex annual management contract,but once a syndicate is full of 4 owners,they are free to self manage by mutual consent and possibly reduce annual costs even further
